A Legal Disclaimer

Parts Aviation Solutions LLC provides aircraft parts and related services in accordance with U.S. export laws and industry standards. By engaging in business with Parts Aviation Solutions LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to all stated terms and conditions of sale. This includes, but is not limited to, minimum order values, non-cancellable and non-refundable order policies, payment requirements, and conditions of products sold.
All transactions involving deposits are considered final and non-refundable should the client choose not to proceed. No order may be canceled after client approval, and all sales are deemed non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Any cancellation of a purchase order will result in a restocking fee of 40% of the total order or invoice value. Clients without established net terms must prepay all costs associated with exchange units, including core value and exchange pricing.
All products sold in “As Removed” (AR) condition are provided strictly “as-is,” with no warranties expressed or implied and no eligibility for return. Parts Aviation Solutions LLC is not liable for any changes in lead times or delivery schedules resulting from OEM production delays or material shortages. Delivery dates for non-stock items are estimates only and may change without notice.
Furthermore, the company complies strictly with all applicable U.S. export control laws and will not engage in transactions involving countries or parties prohibited under these regulations. Orders involving hazardous materials will incur additional handling and packaging charges as required by IATA, FAA, or other governing bodies. By placing an order, the client accepts full responsibility for reviewing and agreeing to all such terms, and waives any claim against Parts Aviation Solutions LLC arising from changes in availability, delivery timelines, or compliance-related restrictions.

All domestic orders are subject to a minimum total value of USD $250.00, and international orders require a minimum total value of USD $450.00. Additionally, the minimum line item value is USD $75.00. Parts Aviation Solutions LLC strictly complies with U.S. export control laws and will not sell or ship any products to countries or entities that do not adhere to these regulations. Any transaction initiated with a deposit becomes non-refundable if the client fails to fulfill the agreed commitment. Once an order is approved by the client, it is considered final; cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. All orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Cancellation of any purchase order will incur a restocking fee equal to 40% of the total order or invoice amount. For customers without established net payment terms with Parts Aviation Solutions LLC, all exchange transactions must be prepaid in full, including the exchange price and applicable core value. All units sold in “As Removed” (AR) condition are sold strictly “as-is,” with no returns or warranties offered or implied. The company is not responsible for any lead time adjustments or delivery delays resulting from changes at the OEM level after an order has been placed. Delivery timelines for non-stock items are provided as estimates and are subject to change based on the OEM’s production workload and material availability. Orders involving hazardous materials will incur a hazmat handling fee of USD $250.00, and any IATA/FAA-mandated packaging, crating, or other non-standard product-specific packaging costs will be invoiced separately.
